SEALL is run by volunteers who are passionate about the arts. Whether you like to take a back seat or get practically involved there are many ways you can help.
Become a member
You can become an Annual Member for £30 annual fee and get £2 off every ticket you buy for yourself.
You can buy a Season Ticket for just £120 and see over 40 performance each year for free. (Some externally promoted events, and some local events that SEALL helps with might be excluded – see ticket details for each show.)
Help Front of House
Join our lively Front of House team and meet the people who keep everything running like clockwork. You’ll be able to attend the performance free of charge where you provide front of house duties.
Provide technical support
If you can operate a sound desk or know about lighting or would like to learn then get in touch. We always need help setting up, de-rigging and providing technical support throughout a performance.
Distribute posters and What’s On Guides in your area
We print What’s On Guides three times a year and we always need help distributing them. We try and raise awareness around Sleat and further afield to Portree, Kyle of Lochalsh, Mallaig and beyond. If you are planning a journey or have a B&B or self catering property then please help by taking some guides and posters with you and help to spread the word.
As a charity we rely on grant funding, ticket sales and the goodwill of our partners and supporters to survive. We keep our ticket prices deliberately low so that performances are accessible by as many people as possible. Any donations, however small are welcome. You can donate to support a specific activity or performance or to contribute to the general fund.
If you like to write, why not review some of our performances? You don’t need any previous experience, just an interest in bringing events to life for those who weren’t able to be there. We will share what you write on our website and social media platforms.
