SEALL is delighted to present Brìghde Chaimbeul, one of the most compelling and original artists in contemporary Scottish music, live at Kyle Village Hall on Friday 6 March. A master of the Scottish smallpipes - the bellows-blown, mellower and more emotive cousin of the Highland bagpipes - Brìghde has taken this ancient instrument from her native Isle of Skye to the global stage. A Gaelic speaker, her music is deeply rooted in language, landscape and cultural heritage. Her recent album Sunwise has enjoyed critical acclaim.
