PERFORMANCE

SEALL’s aim is to provide residents and communities around Skye, Raasay and Lochalsh with year round provision to a vibrant programme of world leading, intersectional and community embedded arts and cultural events through our annual programme of performances and festivals …

SEALL Festival of Small Halls

Now a firm fixture in Scotland’s cultural calendar, the Festival of Small Halls brings together two touring ensembles of musicians who travel across Skye, Raasay, and Lochalsh, performing in
some of the region’s most characterful small venues. From village halls to tiny community
spaces - each setting offers audiences an intimate and unforgettable experience.

Throughout the festival, the musicians collaborate to create their own unique sets, performing a selection of evening concerts and matinee shows as well as sessions and workshops in schools, care settings and village pubs.

Past performers include Duncan Chisholm, Hannah Rarity, Ingrid Henderson, Gary Innes, Laura Wilkie, Innes Watson and Angus MacKenzie.
